MindCast AI (MCAI) is a game theory predictive cognitive simulation platform ( at TRL 8, bypassing startup funding) I founded to model decision-making under uncertainty, with applications across innovation risk, legal infrastructure, and institutional foresight. MCAI introduces a predictive mechanism for behavioral economics through our proprietary Cognitive Digital Twin (CDT) foresight simulations. Patent pending: System and Method for Constructing and Evolving a Cognitive Modeling System for Predictive Judgment and Decision Modeling. I developed the MCAI architecture to power CDT simulations, recursive foresight loops, and AI-calibrated decision engines— enabling real time foresight simulations in market, judicial and innovation ecosystems. MCAI operates independently from my Amazon responsibilities, where I focus on legal IP risks. MCAI is conducting pilots with select partners to validate ROI, strategic fit, and policy design under dynamic conditions.
