Spain
Some careers follow a straight line. Mine followed the work — and the work took me everywhere. Over 20 years I've delivered complex programmes across Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, and Spain: urban infrastructure at the scale of Lusail City's $45B masterplan, hospitality projects for Four Seasons and Rosewood, a $61M coastal development under Saudi Vision 2030, and sustainability strategy for an entire national tourism sector. Along the way I've also built commercial partnerships from scratch — closing 100+ agreements in eight months at Ooredoo, and co-founding a distribution venture across three international markets. What connects all of it isn't the sector — it's the type of challenge. Environments where the structure doesn't exist yet. Where you're coordinating government ministries, international contractors, and local operators simultaneously, in a language that might not be your own, toward a deadline that doesn't move. That's where I do my best work. I'm drawn to projects that sit at the intersection of delivery and development — where getting something built also means getting the right people, partnerships, and commercial model in place to make it last. Sustainability isn't a department I hand off to; it's been embedded in how I've approached infrastructure and hospitality work for years, most visibly when I established Qatar's first nationally accredited Blue Flag and Green Key certification programme. I'm based in Barcelona and open to senior roles in urban development, hospitality infrastructure, strategic partnerships, or sustainability — international, hybrid, or remote. If you're working on something complex and cross-border, I'd like to hear about it. 📩 [email protected]
