I am an member of the IBM Global Insurance team with 40 years of experience in the Insurance industry. I am the Insurance Partners Lead for Europe and Asia/Pacific and am responsible for the IBM Insurance Platform. I am also a member of the IBM Insurance Industry Academy. I work with Insurers globally on their innovative technology solutions. I graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a degree in Financial Information Systems and received my MBA from University College Dublin.
I lead a team of consultants who are based in Ireland and India. This team qualifies and coaches all large consulting deals for EMEA. We advise the EMEA senior leadership team if deals should be supported or if we should withdraw. Where we support, we provide ongoing sales coaching. We also help to drive large deal origination activities and perform ongoing analysis to optimize win rates and identify areas for improvement.
