As a Lead Candidate Response Specialist, I process hiring or high volume of talent by screening global and local applications for campus recruitment in a highly efficient manner and provide quality long lists of engaged candidates. I am an expert in utilizing different university portals and job board sites and internal applicant tracking systems to identify and engage with candidates looking for an opportunity to join HSBC's graduate programme. In my role, I provide guidance to junior members of the team, communicating and explaining process changes as well as taking ownership of the operations manual and any other process-related documents such as process guides, trackers, checklists and reports.
