I am currently finishing my Business Administration program at Humber college. I am working towards becoming a certified Project Manager and enter into the Construction Project Management field by 2024. I have worked extensively within different construction and retail sectors for the past 8 years, managing a multitude of task and employees while attending school full time.
I efficiently organize and plan for various jobs while coordinating materials, manual and skilled labor for all company sites to ensure we stays on schedule and within our budget. I lead my crew with my interpersonal communication and strong team work skills that utilizes everyone's skills and strengths to the best of their ability.
Worked various jobs when needed throughout the year. My flexibility, problem solving skills, and work ethic were imperative when working towards the completion of many successful jobs.
Assists with job preparation, installation and finalization of job sites. Communicated with and informed customers during our work process to ensure transparency and quality completion of our job. Customer satisfaction is the biggest part of every job we have and will have.
I worked various departments to support understaffed locations. I learned and used excellent team work and communication skills between employee and employer. Demonstrated strong competent working skills within each department.
