I currently spearhead technical consultation of critical operating systems and then analyze and value the operating cost savings. I also train and monitor on-site Engineers on day-to-day operations. I find ways to continuously improve performance and efficiency. I also manage the integration of water treatment equipment with 3rd party mechanical contractors.
In the position as Sales & Service Engineer, I solved many customer complaint and provided excellent customer service. I would set goals for customer satisfaction and created drafted plans accordingly. I also supported and grew product channels to market and generated additional sales revenue for the company while finding ways to continually grow sales. I continually fostered key relationships with suppliers and buyers within the industry. I would demonstrate product capabilities through presentations.
I performed and reviewed weekly service reports to ensure the standards and regulations were being complied with and properly followed. I would also conduct ocular inspections and handled preliminary studies on the generation of plant steam, cooling systems, and other types of water systems. I supervise control procedure applications and launched staff and engineering training.
