This group is composed of 3 independent functional teams in the areas of: 1. Spares and Logistics Management 2. Facilities Administration and Maintenance Contracts Management 3. Division Budget Management
Led a team of 7 selected network specialists and senior engineers that manages all integration and change activities in the live Base Station Controller, Base Transceiver Stations and Plesiochronous Digital Hierarchy (PDH) / Synchronous Digital Hierarchy (SDH) microwave, Voice Over ATM and DWDM optical inland and high capacity submarine cable transmission networks, and the implementation and enforcing of change control management processes and policies.
Formed the pioneering NICC team of 5 selected core network specialists and senior engineers that manages all integration and change activities in the live PDH/SDH microwave, VOATM and DWDM optical inland and submarine cable transmission networks, International Gateway facility, power systems and support facilities, and the implementation and enforcing of change control management processes and policies.
Managed a team of 11 engineers and logistics responsible for the operation and maintenance (O&M) of high capacity microwave and optical PDH / SDH transmission backbone networks, access network systems such as Digital Loop Carrier (DLC), DECT1800 Wireless Local Loop (WLL), Voice Over ATM (VOATM) Network, inter-exchange and interconnection facilities, and Digital Subscriber Lines (DSL).
