Professional experience specializing in the review, assessment, design, and rehabilitation of all components of underground water infrastructure, in project engineer, project management, and technical advisory positions. Experience includes all aspects of contract preparation, contract administration, design, inspection, and construction of water projects. Master’s degree in Construction Management with an emphasis on infrastructure assessment and trenchless pipeline installation and rehabilitation. Many completed projects have included significant trenchless technology components.
