About

Aspiring Corporate and M&A lawyer with hands-on experience at leading international law firms, including Eversheds Sutherland and Squire Patton Boggs. I am currently part of the Corporate & M&A team at Eversheds Sutherland in Dubai, where I work on live transactions and support senior lawyers across the full deal cycle. My experience includes reviewing and drafting corporate documents, conducting in-depth legal and commercial research, analysing precedent deals, preparing client advice, and presenting on deal pricing structures—strengthening my understanding of transactional mechanics, valuation considerations, and cross-border corporate law principles. Previously at Squire Patton Boggs, I interned with both the White Collar Crime Investigation and Corporate teams. I contributed to ongoing matters by conducting research, reviewing case materials, and observing client meetings across multiple jurisdictions. Working with international teams gave me valuable exposure to complex investigations and corporate transactions. Through the University of Liverpool’s mentoring programme, I developed skills in negotiation, advocacy, client handling, and commercial awareness, complementing my academic background in Law with Business. I am passionate about M&A, corporate strategy, and white-collar investigations, and I am committed to building a career at the intersection of corporate transactions and high-stakes legal advisory work.
