Alongside this learning, I developed strong technical skills, becoming highly proficient in Microsoft Excel through extensive use in real world projects, including financial organization, data analysis, and reporting.
Managed front desk operations at the shul’s mikvah, providing exceptional customer service and support to all visitors. Responsibilities included welcoming and assisting patrons, processing payments, and addressing service-related inquiries in a respectful and professional manner. Maintained a clean, organized, and welcoming environment, ensuring the mikvah operated smoothly and met high standards of privacy and hospitality. Additionally, collaborated with other staff members to uphold the mikvah's values and traditions, ensuring that all visitors felt comfortable and cared for. Supported the efficient functioning of food services by unloading supply trucks, organizing inventory systematically, and ensuring all items were accessible when needed.
