Managing the end-to-end implementation of Epic EHR software for healthcare systems globally, through change management, process improvement, and organizational planning.
Represented 21,000 students and directly oversaw the management of the annual Student Government budget. Collaborated with cabinet members and the SGA executive board to create legislation and executive projects to advance student interests and answer the needs of Ball State’s student body. Served as the designated student liaison to University officials, serving as the student representative on numerous committees ranging from organizational funding to student life.
Oversaw administrative operations, budgeting, executive board meetings, and served as a liaison between the chapter and outside parties. Maintained the chapter constitution, bylaws, and maintained correspondence with the chapter advisor.
Organized fundraising events, community service opportunities, and volunteering activities to facilitate fundraising efforts for the Huntsman Cancer Institute, Sigma Chi's preferred philanthropic partner. Coordinated with university, Greek council, and municipal officials to organize fundraising events on campus, as well as within the greater Muncie community.
