As Research Operations Lead at Founders Pledge, I drive the operational infrastructure behind a 16-person research team working to identify and fund the world’s most impactful philanthropic opportunities. Reporting directly to the Managing Director of Research, I design the systems, workflows, and quality controls that enable our team to produce rigorous research at scale.
-Currently managing a year-long customer experience Data and AI reinvention project for a multi-state electric utility, overseeing an offshore development team and an onshore senior analyst -Led the budget justification process for a West Coast Electric Utility’s ~$570M budget during negotiations with the Department of Energy as a part of a $1.5B coalition of projects -Authored five Community Benefits Plans and 100+ Letters of Partnership for IIJA GRIP applications totaling $265M for a multi-state utility; one proposal secured $50M in federal funding -Advised on strategy for multi-state utility’s successful $100M IIJA GRIP Grant application
-Crafted federal funding strategy for industrial manufacturing client and Battery Consulting Services -Researched and assembled proposal for a net-zero distribution center for major pharma client -Led transportation and warehousing workstreams for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain ERP implementations to improve infrastructure performance -Mentored junior consultants and trained new hires in logistics systems, TMS/WMS, and ZPL scripting
