Help guests both in person and over the phone with purchasing tickets for Pittsburgh Pirates spring training games and Marauders regular season games, and accommodate their needs with issues like ADA seating, finding seats in desired areas like shaded sections and sections easier to access for guests with mobility issues.
Assist customers and help them with issues on game days including helping the EMS on duty at the park, assisting guests who need help or have questions, and escorting guests who need wheelchairs to and from their seats.
