As General Manager of Una Saga Serbica, I oversee all operational, creative, and strategic aspects of the ensemble’s work. In my role with Austin Scottish Rite Theater, I oversee all digital operations and marketing initiatives, serving as the go-to resource for any digital need. I manage the complete redesign and optimization of the theater's website, leading to a remarkable increase in website analytics of up to 70% since my involvement. My responsibilities include but are not limited to designing all print materials, creating and editing photo and video content, and developing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to our audience. Providing insights into best practices and strategies to enhance our outreach. I maintain the theater's digital presence, ensuring all website issues are promptly addressed and that our content effectively engages our community. Weekly meetings allow us to review progress and adjust strategies collaboratively, ensuring the theater continues to thrive as a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the community.
