Echangeur BNP Paribas Personal Finance is a market intelligence unit that analyses the latest trends in terms of innovative technologies, services and consumer behaviors, in order to anticipate their impacts on retail. For this unit, I was leading all external & internal communication aspects : - Digital communication (www.echangeur.fr) - Social networks strategy (Twitter, Linkedin, and internal networks) - Events (Conferences, Tradeshows, Learning Expeditions...) - Content production (videos, articles, apps, live streaming...) - Development of the communities
For the french market, I was in charge of the online advertising campaigns on display ad networks : - Performance campaigns on desktop and mobile (RTB on Adexchange, Retargeting, Display based on CPL) - Branding campaigns on desktop and mobile (brand awareness, notoriety, brand performance coupled with TV campaigns.) Designing and Coordinating the creatives for online display campaigns (Emails, Banners, Videos, Landing pages, UX for subscription process) Back up for Search Engine Marketing (SEM) - Google Adwords Professional (GAP) certified) Liaising daily internally with product managers, legal department, web technical team and externaly with tracking teams and advertising agencies to get the campaigns up and running. AtypicStore is an online platform designed to answer the needs of entrepreneurs, freelancers and independent workers by offering online services that will simplify their daily lives and help them grow their businesses. We help them save time and money with e-services such as e-comparators, e-safe and e-assistant. We help them find the right resources or find new work missions. We help them find new ways to finance their professional or personal needs. Finally we help them to consume differently (products that are more original and more ethical) as well as to promote their online shops when they become official partners. As a web project manager, I am in charge of: - designing the contents on the site (graphic design, text, layout)(photoshop, flash) and integrating it to the platform (html and wysig) - supervising the web integration of the new partners and promoting them on the platform - designing and sending the newsletters and the promotional mailings as well - improving the website ergonomics to ease the access to information. - managing the facebook community (posts, games, animations...) in line with the global communication strategy and the expectations of the target audience - supervising the acquisition campaigns on Google Adwords, Google Display Network, NextPerformance and Facebook Ads : designing the banners Flash, Gif, Jpeg, selection and reviews of the keywords, reporting) - supervising the web development done by the web agency (review, test, validation) - providing inputs to the global communication strategy with the marketing team: helping define and putting in place - monitoring traffic and reporting
