About

I am a researcher, innovator and entrepreneur with both academic and industrial experience in biomedical innovation and health data science. My research focuses on trustworthy and ethical AI, interpretable machine learning, health informatics, statistical analysis, medical device design and innovation. I have served as an editor/editorial board for several international peer-reviewed journals, such as npj Digital Medicine, PLOS Medicine, BMC Medicine, and IEEE Journal of Biomedical and Health Informatics. I am also a watercolor artist. As an elected member of Singapore Watercolor Society, I actively participate in international and regional art events.
