I am a next-generation African infrastructure and operations leader using technology, facility management, and skilled workforce development to improve how properties and businesses run. My work sits at the intersection of infrastructure operations, workforce systems, and technology-enabled service delivery. Over the years, I have led facility and property operations across residential, commercial, and corporate environments, while building systems that improve operational efficiency, asset performance, and service quality. As the Founder of Jacinth Facility Managers Limited, I oversee facilities operations, maintenance systems, vendor management, workforce coordination, and operational strategy for properties and organizations. I have managed large-scale operational environments, supervised multidisciplinary teams, and implemented systems that improve uptime, cost efficiency, and service delivery. I also founded JacinthForge Technical Academy, a platform focused on developing Africa’s next generation of skilled technical professionals through practical training, digital learning, and industry mentorship. Our mission is to make vocational and technical skills globally competitive and technology-enabled. Beyond operations, I actively contribute to conversations around infrastructure, future-of-work systems, facility management, and technology adoption in Africa through mentorship programs, industry initiatives, and digital communities.
Founded JacinthForge and led the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to MVP launch, with a focus on building a scalable Learning Management System (LMS) for vocational and technical education. Defined the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning business objectives with user needs to address the craftsmanship and skills gap. Built and managed a cross-functional product team (engineering, design, and content), driving execution across product development, iteration, and release cycles. Led product discovery and validation, translating market insights and user feedback into prioritized features and continuous improvements. Designed the platform’s core learning architecture, including modular course structures, instructor content delivery systems, and student assessment workflows. Oversaw the development of MVP features, including multi-format content delivery (video, PDF, DOCX) and foundational instructor-student interaction capabilities. Established product development processes, including agile workflows, sprint planning, and performance tracking to ensure timely delivery and quality. Drove go-to-market strategy, early user acquisition, and stakeholder engagement to position JacinthForge as a scalable edtech solution. Continuously iterated on the product with a focus on scalability, user experience, and long-term ecosystem growth (mentorship, project validation, and skills certification).
