I have sound knowledge and experience of asset care and maintenance management in heavy industry, Petrochemical industry, FMCG and high-speed packaging environment, Project Management, Design principles and Management of Large Technical teams and budget. Independently integrate mechanical engineering principles, applying these to determine appropriate ways of approaching activities and establish and use criteria to judge processes and outcomes.
Synopsis: I am a site GMR 2.1 appointee in term of the OHSAct, fully responsible for plant availability, assets or and equipment reliability, maintenance and performance improvements based on engineering principles. Manage and motivate maintenance staff of about 40 people and Contractors. My key role is also to determine the equipment maintenance strategies required for any physical asset to ensure that it continues to fulfil its intended functions in its present operating context. Main Areas of responsibilities: - Management/ Supervision of engineering team - Financial Management of CapEx and OpEx for the entire mill - Plant/ Asset Availability - Projects Management - Asset Care Management - Consultation and Support to internal and external stakeholders - Risk Management: - Safety, Health and Environment - Training/Skill Development (Personal and Team)

Also heading global Asset Care and Management projects. Preparation, reviewal and approval of key processes which include but not limited to Management of Change (MOC), Statement of Fitness (SOF), Pre-Safety Start-up Review (PSSR).
