The goal of these studies is to improve the fuel efficiency of ships by addressing key technical and knowledge gaps of podded propulsion. This includes identifying appropriate requirements and contracting methods as well as undertaking technology development efforts. • Independently identify and secure funding, coordinate and execute contract requirements, and manage multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining excellent customer relations. • Mentor junior staff to help them perform and present their work to customers.
