With a strong academic foundation in Psychology (Bachelor’s and Master’s in Applied Psychology), I bring a people-centric perspective to Human Resources, driven by an understanding of behavior, motivation, and workplace dynamics. My HR internship experience has enabled me to work across key functions such as talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement. I have been involved in coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes, creating smooth onboarding experiences, and contributing to initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive work environment. I enjoy building meaningful connections with candidates and teams, ensuring both organizational needs and employee experiences are aligned. While my core interest lies in HR, my exposure to marketing, sales, and communication has strengthened my ability to engage diverse audiences, enhance employer branding, and contribute to internal communication strategies. I’ve also applied a structured and data-driven approach to improve coordination and streamline processes. Beyond my professional journey, I actively volunteer with U&I Trust NGO, teaching English to students. This experience has enhanced my empathy, communication, and ability to work with diverse groups—qualities that I carry into my HR practice. I am passionate about creating people-first workplaces, supporting talent growth, and contributing to organizational success through effective HR practices. I am currently seeking opportunities in Human Resources where I can learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact.
