I am an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Vedder and a member of the firm’s Litigation and Government Investigations & White Collar Defense groups. My practice involves all stages of commercial litigation disputes, with a focus on government investigations and white-collar matters. I have represented clients in investigations by government agencies, such as the SEC, Department of Justice, Department of Commerce, PCAOB, UK Serious Fraud Office, Department of Transportation, OFAC, and other federal and state agencies. I have also represented corporate entities and executives in litigation in federal court and state court, as well as in arbitration (FINRA, JAMS, AAA, and private arbitration). I also currently serve on the Board of Directors for the South Asian Bar Association of Southern California on the Judicial Evaluation Committee and as Director of Publicity and Membership.
