Worked at Dr. Anjan Kumar Banarjee's laboratory on cloning and CRISPR gene editing.
Worked on 16S rRNA sequencing,API (Analytical Profile Index), BIOLOG,Phylogenetic analysis and Scanning electron microscopy for four novel freshwater bacterial species.
I worked as a Summer intern at Vasantdada Sugar institute Manjari, Pune. It was an amazing experience as I got hands on training on several methodologies such as DNA and RNA isolation, Nested PCR, RT PCR, duplex, multiple PCR , Gel electrophoresis, ELISA and Tissue culturing. Being part of the National Certification system of Department of Biotechnology gave me a huge sense of responsibility to perform my best and under amazing guidance of Dr. Devarumath, Dr. Atul Kumar and Madhavi Ghan I was able to learn so much!
