Cost optimisation: Spearheaded cloud cost optimisation initiatives, achieving significant cost reductions through the implementation of Karpenter in EKS and KOPs clusters. GPU Operator: Introduced NVIDIA GPU Operator in AlphaSense environments to facilitate AI workloads in Kubernetes clusters, enabling the deployment of worker nodes with GPU Accelerators (T4, A10G, A100) across EKS, AKS, and GKE environments Environment separation: Managed the environment separation project, migrating from a single AWS account to multiple dedicated accounts, which improved environment isolation and access control. GitOps : Introduced a GitOps deployment model with Argo CD using the app-of-apps pattern, enabling a full transition from Spinnaker. IAC Automation: Automated multi-cloud Kubernetes cluster provisioning with Terraform and GitOps, supporting EKS, AKS, and GKE with cloud-specific bootstrapping. Multi Cloud: Part of enterprise team where we built the initial MVP for AlphaSense’s Enterprise offering, deploying into customers’ AWS, Azure, or GCP environments. CNI Migration: Led migration from Flannel to Cilium CNI, delivering enhanced networking capabilities with minimal downtime.
