Project Brief: - Understanding and analysing consumers’ perception towards different categories of biscuits through extensive field research and consumer interactions - Evaluating company’s current digital presence in India and identify areas for improvement Objectives: - To determine factors responsible for shifting of consumers from Mass biscuits category (glucose) to Premium biscuits category (Cookies etc.) - To analyse Parle’s digital presence with a focus on social media Deliverables: - Identified a distinct set of factors which contributed to change in consumer tastes and suggested a strategy to improve overall sales - Developed a social media strategy based on the analysis of Parle’s and their competitors’ social media properties
