Calm+ Creative+ Energetic+focused+ Analytical +A dreamer yet a realist= It is “ME” It was an interesting journey of becoming a double post-graduate from IIT and traveling through the carrier from System Engineer to IT analyst to business analyst to account manager. System admin was the first baby step that I took. From a system admin to a consultant to Account manager -Key Accounts, I played a variety of roles. My Journey allowed me to learn, groom and proved my skills in the best interest of companies and clients. My Key Responsibilities includes: -- Strategic Account Management & Planning and Account Growth. -- Create Strategies for client engagement. -- Management of portfolio profitability; working with key stakeholders to develop and negotiate statements of work, and ensuring the work is delivered on budget. -- Identify needs that the client may not recognize and ensure that approaches and solutions are linked to objectives and future needs. -- Consistently manage client expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality service, and solicit and act on client feedback. My enthusiasm and proactive approach have acclaimed loads of professional appreciation from clients. This has boosted my confidence to handle various tricky projects. In my journey, I have learned to work as an independent player and along with the team as well. I am always committed to thinking creatively and out of the box to serve my clients better.
