About

I help global organisations move beyond S&OP and build planning systems that actually drive decisions. Over the past 8+ years I've worked across Pharma, FMCG, and Retail — leading IBP transformations, post-merger integrations, and digital planning programmes for organisations operating across 30+ markets. I've built global planning frameworks from the ground up, moved planning teams from spreadsheet-dependent Stage 2 environments to finance-integrated Stage 4 IBP, and led the people change agenda that makes transformation actually stick. My work sits at the intersection of three things I genuinely care about: data-driven decision-making, building the capability of the people around me, and connecting planning to the commercial and financial outcomes that matter to the business. I've operated as a Global Design Authority — defining planning templates, KPI governance frameworks, and process standards adopted across international markets. I've partnered with CFOs, VPs, and Commercial leadership to translate planning outputs into board-level P&L language. And I've led the ERP and IBP technology evaluations, change management programmes, and capability-building agendas that keep organisations performing after go-live. What I'm looking for next role where I can lead a planning transformation with real commercial impact — whether that's building IBP maturity, driving demand excellence, or designing the planning systems that give a business the visibility it needs to compete. • Global Accounts Demand Partner at Kerry
    Feb 2022 - Mar 2023 · 1 yr 2 mos

Kerry Group is a global FTSE-listed leader in taste and nutrition, providing food ingredients and technology solutions to many of the world’s largest food, beverage, and pharmaceutical brands, operating a highly complex global manufacturing and supply network. Owned demand planning for strategic global accounts including PepsiCo, Nestlé, Mars, Danone, General Mills, Mondelez, and Unilever, replacing reactive, noise-driven planning with structured forecasting governance across a complex global matrix of commercial, finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and customer teams. Led monthly commercial demand reviews, translating market insights, promotional activity, customer risks, and volume changes into actionable site-level forecasts to improve demand signal quality and support the transition toward a GBS-enabled global delivery hub model. Developed joint forecasting framework with global accounts including PepsiCo PGCS, combining collaborative planning routines and analytics to strengthen supplier–customer integration; the model was later adopted by Kerry US teams to improve cross-regional planning consistency. In March 2023, Kerry divested the Sweet Ingredients business to IRCA Group; I transferred with the business, continuing and expanding my demand planning remit (see IRCA Group role).
