Making the search plan and identifying the suitable candidates by mapping the target organizations, calling candidates from existing database, references & network, LinkedIn and angel list. Interacting with the candidates in order to evaluate candidate's compatibility with the specific job requirement, attitude, academic & professional qualification, communication skills etc. Screening and assessing the candidates during the call.
