Act as primary point of contact for NLUC. Develop professional relationships while providing health care services and information to patients, families, case managers, insurance company adjusters, and health care providers. Manage Call Ahead Care Program, while providing exceptional customer service skills and training. Develop spreadsheets, record and analyze data relating to services provided based on 9 clinic call volume. Develop how-to guides concerning Call-Ahead Care Line Program and health care services provided by NLUC. Help increase patient volume and rention by introducing the company's online content. Perform other duties such as billing, accounts payable, scheduling, or special projects needed to accomplish healthcare, administrative, and team building goals.
