About

Operations is something I’ve always approached as a builder, not just a manager. I am drawn to the complexity of supply chain, the moving parts, the vendor dynamics, the systems that either hold everything together or quietly fall apart. That mindset led to a promotion from Logistics Manager to Senior Manager within 11 months at my current company, where I now report directly to the CEO and oversee the full supply chain and e-commerce function for a 100+ brand Canadian footwear retailer. The scope has grown steadily, what started in warehouse and logistics has expanded to cover marketplace operations across 8+ platforms, vendor management, reverse logistics, and everything in between. Day-to-day I live at the intersection of physical operations and digital commerce. On the ops side that means warehousing, vendor management, order fulfillment, reverse logistics, carrier negotiations, and leading a warehouse team. On the e-commerce side it means running marketplace operations across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, eBay, Reitmans, and SHEIN — account health, FBA replenishment, SKU profitability, appeals, and onboarding new platforms. A few things I’m proud of: -Cut shipping costs 15–18% through renegotiated carrier contracts -Built warehouse SOPs from scratch — overtime down 10%+, picking accuracy up 2%+ -Amazon FBM as primary fulfillment channel + FBA for select lines — >98% compliance with Amazon inbound requirements -Buy Box win rate improved by 8% through proactive KPI management -30% higher reimbursement recovery on Amazon and Walmart claims I hold a Master of Management in Logistics & Supply Chain from the University of Windsor. Outside the numbers, what genuinely drives me is building things that last processes, systems, and teams that keep working long after the initial effort. If that sounds like what you’re looking for, I’d love to connect- [email protected]
