• Developed a go-to-market strategy and business case model for a healthcare plan seeking to invest $10M+ in primary care as a means to improve access and reduce total cost of care by $100M+; resulted in Board approval for implementation • Built and deployed underwriting data quality scorecards for a major international insurance company; responsible for covering ~800 underwriters and more than $4.8BN in their business; resulted in significant KPI improvement • Conducted an acquisition due diligence for a consortium of PE sponsors targeting a specialist broker dealer; responsible for numerous research streams including investigating overall market trends and developments • Devised implementation strategies and work plans for a large insurance company undergoing a Compliance evolution • Assisted a PE company in developing a comprehensive pricing strategy for one of its holding companies
Led experiments using eye-tracking technology to better understand multi-attribute consumer choice models and consumer search behavior
• Designed a correlation study and conducted statistical analyses seeking to determine whether exchange-traded fund (ETF) flows are predictive of subsequent market performance, culminating in a presentation to senior management • Created a hypothetical trading strategy based on ETF flows that generated a 60% alpha over its respective benchmark’s compounded returns since 2010 • Contributed to an ETF primer report, focusing on ETF liquidity, issuers, structures, asset exposure types, and the share creation/redemption process
Research involved testing the hypothesis that genetic factors can explain the variation in educational attainment. Worked with Professors Daniel Benjamin and Philipp Koellinger to manage and edit a reference database with over three hundred entries.
