Position Reporting to Chief Commercial Officer is responsible for leading the Ascensus Global sales organization across all existing and prospective end markets. Serves as the primary point of contact for sales and marketing matters. Drives new business development efforts by managing new/existing channel partnerships, maintaining and growing existing accounts, and developing market intelligence .
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, Have the responsibility to Lead Growth for Ascensus Portfolio in Lifesciences Globally. Territorial Responsibilities cover Americas, Europe, India, Japan, Korea, Taiwan & Singapore. Multiple Products Lines-Alcoholates, Boranes, Lithium Specialties, Borohydrides with applications in Pharma, Agro and Electronics. Growth Strategy in Lifesciences in Asia as core Focus alongwith Double-Digit Increase in YoY Sales Revenue for Ascensus. Expanding the Product Portfolio footprint in specialties areas in India for Catalog Chemicals, Textile, Paper and Ethanol applications
Reporting to VP Global Sales Led the Asia Specialties Lithium Portfolio at Albemarle giving consecutive Double digit Growth YoY in Lifesciences-Pharma, Agro, Specialty Electronics segment. Early Contacts Made with Prospective Battery Manufacturers in India. Was also on the Board as Director for Albemarle's India Legal Entity ensuring compliance related to Indian Laws & regulatory framework. Had Direct Reports in India, China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Singapore. Managed Key Customers in Elastomers & Lifesciences as direct responsibility.
Sales & Business Development of Metal Alkyls, Chemical Catalysts range of Albemarle's products for Customers in Asia & MEIN- Middle East & India Region. Market Segments:- Polyolefin Producers, Pharma Customers using Organometallics in Synthesis, Methylamine Producers, etc. Reporting to Global Sales Director. Was part of Divestiture team when Antioxidants business was sold to SI Group in 2014 and as per Advise of US HQ ensured smooth transition of Accounts in India. Was Part of Integration Team when Rockwood Lithium Was acquired in 2015 and worked on synergy areas and key customers. Since 2015 was also given additional responsibility of Lithium Specialties in Asia

Worked in Developing customers in India, Asia and building business for Gulbrandsen in Asia. Ensured Gulbrandsen maintains Number 1 Market Share in India for Aluminium Chloride Anhydrous and Majority Share for Metal Alkyls amongst India Customers. Worked with Technical Team on Approvals at Various Customers in India & Asia for Metal Alkyls visiting manufacturing sites and frequent face-to-face communications with key decision makers.
