As a business psychologist, with international experience spanning across People & Culture, Marketing, Compliance, and Security in both the IT and pharmaceutical industries, I’ve learned that all of us have one thing in common: We thrive when we don’t just see, but truly feel that our work matters and we’re making an impact, knowing we are part of something greater and aligned with the company vision inspires us to give our best. Throughout my career in People & Culture I have dedicated myself to fostering environments where individuals can be their authentic selves and create a meaningful impact. To me, culture is shaped by the choices we make every day, especially in how we lead and care for one another. At SoftwareOne, our values are thoughtfully designed to guide our business decisions, shape our company culture, and strengthen our relationships with colleagues and customers. Our culture is the force that truly binds us together across teams, geographies, as well as our different functions and roles. With that in mind, as Chief Human Resources Officer at SoftwareOne, my purpose is clear: to continue building our organization and an environment where strong performance and genuine care for people go hand in hand, ensuring lasting success for SoftwareOne. Because when our people thrive, so does our business.
