I believe that Talent Strategy sits at the edge of leadership, AI, and human capacity, where organisations look functional on the surface, but strain underneath because decisions, accountability, and human cognitive load were never redesigned for speed. This is where I come in and help businesses overcome the tension arising from this change. 20 years inside fast-scaling, high-pressure organisations across APAC, including The Trade Desk and WPP, taught me that as complexity increases, expectations rises, and systems move faster than people are prepared to carry. I don’t perform leadership theatre nor do I run generic change programmes. I operate at system level, where decision quality, leadership capacity, and work design either hold under pressure or quietly start to fail. Through More Human, a weekly briefing on human capacity under pressure, I speak to leadership teams and HR audiences, using key notes to surface what’s already happening beneath change efforts, where skills gaps are really judgment gaps, and where speed outpaces an organisation’s ability to hold consequence.
