Hi, I’m Nina. My work and passion connects strategy with impact – and communication with the ability to shape the future. With my consultancy Future Communication, I support companies, organizations, ecosystems and regions in navigating structural change: turning complexity into clarity, future ambitions into credible strategies, and transformation into meaningful action. I believe communication is one of the most powerful tools for driving change. Transformation only happens when people understand what is changing, why it matters and how they can become part of it. This is where strategy, communication and brand come together – not only for companies, but also for regions, countries, movements and ecosystems that need a clear identity, strong narratives and trust to move forward. My background combines international brand and business experience for companies such as BMW and Gore-Tex with future research, psychology, systemic thinking and organizational development. Based on this approach, I developed the Future Brand Model – a strategic framework for aligning Profit, People and Planet. Today, I work on strategies for future-readiness across different fields: business, ecosystems, platforms, regional development, health, education and peacebuilding. My strength is connecting perspectives that usually remain separate – and translating them into clear positioning, strong narratives and actionable strategies. As Co-Founder and Strategic Lead of the beyond economy Festival & Movement and as author, speaker and strategic advisor for The Future:Project, I work on future communication, structural change and the question of how organizations can become truly future-ready. Personally, I am a Palatinate-born sommelier with a deep interest in natural wine, regional value creation, non-alcoholic innovation and new cultures of enjoyment. Let’s drive global impact.
