Project Experience 1. Client: Morgan Stanley, USA Project Name: Quality Assurance & Production Management. Role: Support Executive Domain: Banking and Financial services. Skills/tools: Unix, SQL, Sybase, Root Cause Analysis, Problem Management and Knowledge Management. Duration: 2 years 7 month (February 2015 – October 2017) . Responsibilities in the project: • Proficient in handling escalated calls and providing first Level Technical Support to end-users. • Problem Management – Resolving issues/Alerts permanently through root cause analysis for different Rise Types – Autosys, Database, Checknanny, API, Application etc. • Knowledge Management – Creating & Updating Knowledge Base for different Alert Rise Type which will help in resolving issues at level 1 end only. • Worked as a Backup Lead handling a Team of 22 associates. • Creating Daily, Weekly and monthly Reports with the help of Raw-Data to represent the Numbers/Efforts/Tickets received & resolved at Level 1 end. • Attending calls for presenting PM/KM and RR% Growth on weekly basis to the Client. • To work with application developers and other testing teams to analyze, resolve & follow up for closure of defects, other application functional incidents. • Analyzing the root cause of recurring incidents, identifying preventive measures and finding resolutions to fix the root causes. 2. Duration: 1 years (October 2017 - Till Date) Responsibilities in the project: 1. Developing Perl and Python scripts as per client data request. 2. Building SQL procedures & queries for extracting data based on client request across multiple location NY,LN and HK. 3. Perform QA Testing at our end on extracted data through production parallel runs before deploying the code in PRODUCTION.
