In this capacity, we oversee the execution and planning of cutting-edge and transformative technologies, including Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, and Automation Systems. Through our efforts, we aim to establish and maintain a distinctive approach to technology and user experience, while concurrently working to eliminate obstacles to innovation. Stakeholder management: We engage in stakeholder management by identifying and prioritizing key stakeholders and communicating to understand specific needs and concerns. We align business objectives with the interests of the stakeholders and take actions to address any potential conflicts or issues that may arise. Policy development: Developing policies that align with our business objectives and values, and adheres to legal and regulatory requirements.

Collaboration with stakeholders to identify areas for innovation, develop strategic plans and initiatives, and oversee their execution to ensure alignment with the overall goals and objectives. In general, responsible for fostering a culture of innovation and business development within the organization, while keeping abreast of industry trends and external factors that may impact the organization.
Research for financial & innovation data at the Department of Operations Research and Statistics, I was privileged to delve into the intricacies of financial and innovation data. My responsibilities included meticulously analyzing and calculating data using a plethora of sources such as S&P Capital IQ, CRSP, NYSE, Thomson Reuters, Bureau van Dijk, Global Insight, OptionMetrics, and other reputable business research databases. Opportunity to develop software for the WRDS research platform and program professional business intelligence tools, which further honed my skills in data analysis, programming, and research methodologies.
