Director of Finance for a Property Management & Real Estate Consulting firm with over 200 employees and over 90 properties under management. As part of the leadership team, I work directly with the firm ownership to manage our operations and execute our strategic plan. In my role, I work to lead our operational reporting team, as well as manage our corporate financial reporting, cash flow, revenue, and more. o Assemble and present monthly corporate financial reporting to firm ownership and key stakeholders. o Monitor firm profitability, cash projection, budget variance, and revenue performance. o Build, present, and implement annual corporate operating budget. o Lead a team of financial analysts to power a centralized reporting function which produces accurate, timely, and comprehensive reporting and analysis to all properties. o Revise company fee schedules to optimize revenue and market-fit. o Perform payroll funding calculations and cash transfers for 200+ employees across 90+ sites. o Manage corporate insurance package and facilitate annual renewal processes. o Maintain business licensing and annual reporting for corporate entities o Calculate local and state tax obligations o Review and grant final approval for all corporate AP as well as ensure payment is issued. o Control corporate accounts receivable and oversee collection processes
Working with researchers using UW’s tandem particle accelerator to measure the electron-neutrino angular correlation coefficient from the decay of laser-trapped Helium-6. I was a research assistant on the team and assisted with process development for measurement apparatus.
Resident Advisor for up to 80 UW undergraduate and graduate students in university apartment communities.
