• Technical support in the private customer´s area for out-of-warranty systems • Identification and solution of technical problems, offer creation and product & services sale, handling of escalations on the phone and via mail
• Emergency Case Manager for Austria, Germany, Switzerland (languages: German, English, Spanish, French, Czech, Slovak, Italian) • Organisation and coordination of assistances • Several translations of (medical) reports, booklets (German, French – Spanish, English)
