Application Support Engineer (Level 2) Specialized Level 2 technical support for a portfolio of critical banking applications at Deutsche Bank. Key Responsibilities: Core Banking: Provide expert support for the Core Banking System to maintain continuous operational flow. Data Systems: Manage the central Data Warehouse platform, troubleshooting integrity issues and supporting critical downstream consumption applications. Compliance: Provide L2 maintenance and support for regulatory screening software and other related compliance tools. Problem Management: Lead high-severity incident resolution and execute RCA to implement permanent solutions and prevent recurrence. System Optimization: Execute scheduled maintenance, system deployments, and health checks to optimize application performance.
