Leading a team of project managers who are responsible for key projects driving the strategic direction of our global procurement organization as well as driving efficiency and compliance by leading the Global Procurement Support Center based in Mumbai, India as well as Hamburg, Germany. Development of my Master Thesis in the field of Global Logistics evaluating decision factors of supply chain management between air- and ocean transportation
Supporting the team of global category managers in the areas of tender execution, data analysis, management summaries, category development and communications between suppliers and global affiliates. During that time I also had the chance to develop the category of global air freight and lead the tender execution including negotiations and contract finalization. Part of the work could be done remotely during my semester abroad in Athens, Greece.
