- Coordination, planning & execution of the site closure in Regensburg in the role as site lead for Information Systems and R&DI Systems. - Authoring & reviewing of SOPs, documented procedures and Whitepapers in a scientific and technical context. - Planning, implementation, presentation and discussion of scientific projects: „Data Reduction Strategies for electrophysiology HTS“ and technical projects like: „API driven implementation of ADME Assay Analysis“.
- Leading global and intercultural project teams. - Site lead - computer-aided laboratory systems (benchtop systems) - High-Throughput electrophysiology: Data-Analysis, Data Reduction, Integration - High Content Screening (HCS) - Implementation of image-based analysis methods. - Automation & programming of HTS robotic systems
- Development & documentation of high-troughput screening data-analysis processes using Genedata Screener, Graphpad Prism, Tibco Spotfire and electronic laboratory notebooks (ELN). - Integration and automation of computer-aided screening systems. - System-Administration: Windows, Linux
