About

Hi - I’m Niloo. I’m a MSc Statistics & Data Science graduate (Leiden University) working in cross-border retail logistics at Peek & Cloppenburg, and building toward a career in operations and supply chain leadership. Why operations? I wanted to understand how decisions actually get made on the floor — not from behind a laptop. My Master’s gave me the analytical toolkit (Python, R, SQL, Power BI, statistical modelling). My current role gives me the operational reality: I coordinate 2,000–2,500 units per day across two cross-border fulfilment sites (Nijmegen, NL and Düsseldorf, DE), working with an 8-person team under tight morning SLAs. What I bring: • Hands-on warehouse operations — checking Pickliste, stock accuracy, SAP GUI, allocation, returns, peak-season throughput • Analytical rigor — MSc-level statistics, Power BI dashboarding, and a year of data-analyst work translating user data into 20% UX improvements and 8% churn reduction • Early leadership — teaching piano to 6 young students weekly (lesson planning, coaching, feedback, parent communication) and 15+ years of professional performance under pressure • Cross-cultural collaboration — Iranian-Dutch background, fluent English, Dutch at B1, Farsi native • Ready for early-start, deadline-driven environments What I’m looking for: Entry-level roles and traineeships in operations, supply chain, logistics, and fulfilment — primarily in the Netherlands. I thrive in fast-moving, hands-on environments where I can pair floor-level problem solving with data-driven improvement. If you’re hiring for operations leadership, supply chain analytics, or fulfilment-centre trainee roles — let’s connect. Email: [email protected]
