Due to the fact of globalization and the digital transformation in organizations, not only the way of operations changed but also the speed of innovation increased. International workings in matrix organizations and multiple, parallel project organizations became more popular. For this reason, today the global working environment needs more professional change support. I am always enthusiastic to approach new challenges as well as thrilled to observe and examine to the improvements of individuals in organizations as a change manager.
