The role was Head – Finance position - India. Responsible for the entire financial function of the company encompassing all aspects including FP&A, Corporate and Management Accounting, Budgeting, forecasts, Internal controls and operations support. • Accounting & Financial Control • Managed Mergers, Acquisitions and Integration for Business Combinations and Business Transfers • Preparing the Annual Business/Operating plan for various LOB’s which involves budgeting of Revenue and Cost elements, including zero cost budgeting and upside / downside scenarios to facilitate management decisions • Providing monthly business flash to the senior management in driving performance numbers for KPI analysis. viz, EBITDA, Collections, SBU Profitability, etc. • Domestic and International Taxation • Negotiation of APA Agreement with India Tax Authorities • Business Investment Support • Conducting Due Diligence of existing business units / Joint Ventures and recommending measures for performance improvement
