I am an Air Cargo Management graduate with hands-on experience in freight forwarding, export documentation, shipment coordination, and customer service. During my traineeship with Geodis Wilson Thailand, I prepared Bills of Lading and commercial invoices, coordinated export documentation, tracked vessel schedules, and ensured shipments were processed accurately and on time. I also gained experience supporting freight administration at DHL Express, where I assisted with shipment documentation, freight charges, and customer inquiries. Alongside my logistics experience, I have developed strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills through my current role at Hochi Mama, where I work in a fast-paced environment delivering excellent customer service. I have been recognised with Employee of the Month and Peer of the Year awards for my dedication and teamwork. I am passionate about building a long-term career in the logistics and freight forwarding industry, where I can continue to learn, contribute, and grow while helping deliver efficient and reliable supply chain operations.
