Nikos is a Founding Partner and Managing Director of Arbitrage Real Estate, responsible for the firm’s transaction advisory and asset management offering. He is an experienced MRICS Chartered Surveyor, with a solid track record in property transactions, real estate appraisals and property management. His expertise includes real estate portfolios assessments, investment appraisals, due diligence coordination and deal sourcing. Nikos is also managing real estate collaterals underwriting work and advises on the implementation of strategic real estate asset management solutions. Nikos holds an MSc in Real Estate Finance & Investment from University of Reading and a BSc in Mathematics from University of Patras.
Nikos is the Managing Partner of Colliers Greece, responsible for the firm's transaction advisory and asset management offering. He has more than 15years of experience in property transactions, valuations and real estate management. His expertise includes real estate portfolios assessments, investment appraisals, due diligence coordination and deal sourcing. Nikos is also managing NPL collaterals underwriting work and advising on the implementation of strategic real estate asset management solutions. He works with major investors, developers, banks and auditing firms.
Providing valuation assessment and property management expertise in assigned projects related to green retrofit upgrades in commercial buildings. Also responsible for feasibility studies and business development activities in the Greek market.
Nikos is heading strategy design and implementation of asset management services to landlords, financial institutions and real estate investors. His responsibilities also include investment appraisals and due diligence projects coordination as well as investment sourcing to major international and local institutional real estate investors.
Headed property management. Total portfolio under management exceeded 220 000m² including residential complexes and mixed-use commercial properties. Worked also in the valuation department, where he prepared valuation reports for a wide range of purposes including loan security, year-end accounts, insurance, sales and acquisitions.
