With a foundation in neuroscience and a track record in digital health innovation, I specialize in transforming complex scientific insights into scalable healthcare solutions. After earning my PhD, I led high-impact projects across startups, consulting, and corporate innovation, consistently bridging the gap between research, technology, and market needs. At RoX Health, I spearheaded digital health ventures in neurology at first and am now working on bizdev and breakthrough exploration, partnering with global stakeholders and startups to develop and launch solutions that improve patient outcomes and health systems. My experience spans venture architecture, strategic consulting and entrepreneurship —delivering measurable results through cross-functional leadership, ecosystem partnerships, and developing strategy. I thrive in dynamic environments, driving innovation from ideation to execution. Whether building new ventures, advising on investment decisions, or scaling breakthrough programs, I bring a collaborative, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset to every challenge. Let’s connect to shape the future of healthcare together.

I do also work closely with local and global colleagues from Roche Pharma and Diagnostics (RIS) on furthering the efforts in digital health and health-tech.
At Roland Berger's Digital Unit, I did work on digital innovation and transformation projects for various stakeholders of the healthcare market, for instance clients such as pharma, health insurances or governmental bodies.
At Evinced I supported the Co-founders and their team in developing the product and company mission.
A FHI my role was on translating and assessing most current scientific findings into evaluable target product profiles.
At Affective Signals my co-founders and me worked on affective signals technology based digital biomarkers in order to support a quantified approach to mental health diagnostics. I was leading the initiative, aligning stakeholders, business angels and early customers.
