Plant Supervisor Engineer of 4 Wind Parks and 1 Substation,Total capacity 53 MW • Operation of the power plants with efficiency and safety, following environment and ecology standards. • Plants monitoring and reporting. • Quality control and Assurance of Maintenance activities. • Manages collection and preservation of all documents, manuals and inspection results. • Reviewing the results and recommendations of the predictive maintenance activities and follows up on the proposed corrective actions and upgrades. • Analyze and troubleshooting of process alarms and warnings. • Maneuver of High,Medium voltage switchgears and equipment. • Warehouse management. • Materials data specialist. • Technical Specifications for spare parts. • Control of Spare Parts and orders. • Use of SAP. • Contractor’s support and escorting. • Operational Efficiency. • Preparation of reports.
Field Engineer of 2 Wind Farms, 1 Solar Plant and 1 Substation, Total capacity 42,4MW. • Scheduled maintenance (6M, 1Y, 4Y) • On site troubleshooting and corrective actions. • Replacement and Repair of main components. • Endoscope inspection for Gearboxes (VESTAS V80 fleet in Greece). • Certified Inspector (level 2) with Phased Array technique for detection of cracks at Vestas V47 blade bearings. • Blade inspections. • End of Warranty inspections and creation of reports. • Warehouse management and orders. • Recording and Reporting malfunctions. • Use of SAP. • Preventive/corrective maintenance of High Voltage / Medium Voltage Substations and collaboration with TSO for grid interconnection technical and operational issues. • Maneuvers of High Voltage / Medium Voltage Switchgears.
