As a representative of the EESC in the Steering group of the Platform, along with the rest of the EESC team, we collaborate with the European Commission in order to draw of the framework under which the activities of the Platform and its Coordination group are operating.
- Management of the hiring process: Job offers postings, candidates pre-selection over the phone, interviews, follow up on the hiring process and coordination of the different selection tests. - Liaise with the different job portals and research of new sources to find candidates. - Training on product and awareness techniques to the new fundraisers.
Collaboration with the translation agencies Lingua Global Solutions and Nova Traduccions in Barcelona and several direct clients translation projects as a freelance. As an interpreter (consecutive and simultaneous), I have worked in congresses such as the International Alimentaria trade show, Annual Meeting of Yamaha, Euroforum of Heinz. As a consultant in the movies dubbing studio Sonoblock (Barcelona).
- Creation of the in-class and web based training manuals for EMEA countries for the new banking system implementation - Planning, development and delivery through webinars of the “Team Leaders Development Plan” training program to EMEA Team Leaders. - Organization, coordination and follow up on regional and global initiatives - Planning, development and delivery of local Training and Development programs available for all the employees of Barcelona Service Center.
Risk & Control Self-Assessment Coordinator: Risk and control analysis for Operations and Citiphone areas for different EMEA countries, updating departments’ RCSA documentation, reporting of quarterly control test results, escalation and follow up on control or process breaches, review of Areas’ Continuity of Business plans, internal and external audit preparation.
Handling transactions complaints, investigation of fraud transactions, recovery of funds due to fraud transactions, keeping up to date the accounting of internal accounts and administrative work.
