Act as the Finance Business Partner for Commercial Business Unit Director Rare Diseases, Autoimmune & Neuroscience (RAN) and for Country Medical Director Lead Month End Closing Process for entire affiliate in close alignment with the Chief Accountant and prepare and support annual financial audit through external auditors. Provide clear and evident reporting to upper management as well as to all relevant business stakeholders Manage effectively the P&L for the Swiss Affiliate and coordinate the Financial Interactions with the regional and global Finance Organisations of Roche Pharma during and outside of planning events Coordinate the planning events for short- and long-term planning with internal business teams. Prepare and moderate strategic review meetings with management board to facilitate portfolio prioritization. Facilitate & execute financial target setting. Act as the Finance Business Partner for the Global Heads of GPS/PDMA Procurement, Region Europe Procurement and G&A Procurement and stakeholders within Global Pharma Procurement to manage functional financials by providing strategic advice, performing ad hoc analyses and setting up target guidance for global functions. Manage effectively the Basel Financials for Global Pharma Procurement and coordinate the Financial Interactions with the Finance Organisations of APAC, UK and HQ Coordinate the financial planning and cost management process for cross-divisional procurement process project
Establishing of a trustworthy business partner relationship to Head of Region Europe Procurement & Head of GPS/GMA Procurement providing business with in-depth cost analysis & financial support Preparation & execution of annual planning events for GPP Strong interaction and collaboration with local Site Finance as well as with local cost center managers.
